It was a bright,sunny afternoon when I was out in the poppy field and they danced in the wind. On the concrete next to a statue there was a scooter. I had no idea whose it was. I had wandered around the neighbourhood asking who it had belonged to. No one said it was there’s though.
I took it back to the statue to see if anyone came for it but no one did. The poppies were fluffy when I touched them. They were bright red. It started to get dark so I headed home to my lovingly brilliant family.
Great use of description Ruby and Ryan but you could improve the end a little bit from Ollie and Marcus
